Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans accurately
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
- Participate in team briefings and quality checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor or trade experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
