Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and demolition
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist in reading blueprints and following technical specifications
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organize materials
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report hazards
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid OSHA-30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Florida driver's license required
