Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and control equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform system diagnostics and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality electrical solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license required
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holiday shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
