Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models and Neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate abstract concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, privacy, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
