Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of cutting-edge AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Future Tech Integration: Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate AI with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, IoT, and quantum computing interfaces.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for AI implementation across all product lines.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-velocity environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
