- Manage cross-functional teams comprising engineers, project managers, and venue operations staff to deliver complex milestones on time.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management strategy for all technological assets and data security protocols.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or IT infrastructure leadership within large-scale events or government projects.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of stadium operations, smart venue technology, and high-concurrency network environments.
- Strong knowledge of FIFA World Cup operational requirements and international event logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Information Technology is preferred.
