Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain tool inventory and equipment in working condition
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project timelines
- Collaborate with team members on complex construction tasks
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
