Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Complete daily site cleanup and waste management
- Document work progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
