Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation and grading
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding and temporary structures
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with tradespeople on complex builds
- Manage material inventory and logistics
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Expertise in blueprint interpretation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Pass background/drug screening
- Welding certification a plus
