Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts)
- Install and remove scaffolding and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict OSHA safety protocols on-site
- Collaborate with specialized trade workers (electricians, plumbers)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
