Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and tools safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with tasks
- Operate basic machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) with proper training
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background/drug screen
