Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials at job sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris/obstacles
- Assist carpenters/masons with layout tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Report equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Basic construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to sites
- Pass drug/background checks
- Available for 10+ hour shifts
- Steel-toe boots mandatory
- Teamwork mentality essential
