Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead project teams for complex electrical installations
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuitry
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems (solar, EV chargers)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
