Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Document all work with detailed service reports
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial wiring
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
