Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and team members
- Complete daily cleanup and waste disposal duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Experience with hand/power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
