Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various onsite tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general preparation work.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic site plans and instructions from foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
