Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and cleanup tasks.
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the project.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid work authorization for the United States (Green Card or Passport).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
