Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites during night hours.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning debris and ensuring safety zones.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various manual tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
