Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols
- Assist carpenters, masons, and specialized trades
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Adhere to strict safety standards and incident reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Background check and drug screen mandatory
- Spanish bilingual preferred
