Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with proper certification
- Construct concrete foundations, walls, and structural frameworks
- Install scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and heavy equipment operation license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights
