Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as mixing concrete, digging, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and transport them to the work site.
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
