Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and project instructions.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Commitment to safety and punctuality.
