Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site preparation, including cleaning and organizing the work area.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a hazard-free site.
- Support skilled tradespeople with manual labor tasks as directed.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with project setup.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
