Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to explain technical requirements and project timelines.
- Document all work performed accurately for billing and record-keeping purposes.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding electrical schematics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer literacy for job tracking and reporting.
