Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, concrete work, framing, and demolition
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts, saws) with proper certifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks
- Assist in material inventory management and site organization
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment (excavator/crane a plus)
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
