Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients/contractors
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Submit detailed documentation for permits and inspections
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Strong knowledge of NEC and CA Title 24 energy codes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
