Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer line inspections, and hydro-jetting
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services 24/7 on rotation
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing supplies
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
