Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, jackhammers, etc.) with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, demolition, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management
- Perform night shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Class A or B driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
