Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Install and replace piping, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Perform leak detection, pipe inspection, and pressure testing.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with NYC building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and providing transparent quotes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumbing License required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in tight or elevated spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
