Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls within 2 hours of dispatch
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture installations
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer camera inspections
- Install water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Adhere to DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools
- Provide detailed reports to homeowners and property managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- 24/7 emergency availability required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
