Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Respond to emergency calls (24/7 availability required)
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid New York State plumbing license
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to handle tools and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
