Responsibilities

- Lead weekend project teams for emergency service calls
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Document all work in digital maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Fluency in English/Spanish preferred
