Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Construct and install concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Perform demolition work using hand tools and powered equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and site regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
