Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment using wheelbarrows, dollies, or carts
- Adapt to changing project schedules and weather conditions
- Complete daily timecards and report to site supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
