Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow supervisor instructions for task completion
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit with ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic tool handling experience preferred
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments (heat, rain)
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Must provide own work boots (steel-toe required)
