Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, and dump trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting of materials as needed.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties after shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and safety signs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
