Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various on-site construction tasks, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all site safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Transport materials, tools, and debris to and from the job site as directed.
- Perform general site maintenance, including setting up and breaking down temporary barriers and signage.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are looking for a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots and hard hats.
