What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
- Operate and maintain various construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow blueprints and specific instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Help with basic framing, drywall, or concrete finishing tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
