Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on-site at all times.
- Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment for the team.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Attendance: A strong track record of punctuality and reliability is required.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
