Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery (training provided)
- Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries to job sites
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
