Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions accurately
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
