Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks related to building and construction, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various duties on the job site, such as digging, pouring concrete, or framing.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans when necessary.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Perform general cleanup and site preparation duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required.
