Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems according to specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals to plan projects.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and safety inspections on equipment and piping.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia State Journeyman or Master Plumber’s License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, soldering, and drain cleaning techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
