Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing construction sites for projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and obstacles.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians.
- Quality Assurance: Perform basic checks to ensure work meets project standards.
Qualifications
- Requirements: No experience required – We provide on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
