Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas and job sites at the end of each shift.
- Transport materials to and from the work site as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
