Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, level, and prepare construction sites in Mesa, AZ, ensuring the area is ready for building activities.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Assist with the setup and maintenance of basic construction tools and machinery.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors clearly.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
