Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing work
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material preparation and installation
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform site preparation and cleanup activities daily
- Participate in safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and variable schedules
