Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults to ensure system functionality and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
