Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical installations
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial systems
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility for occasional overtime and emergency call-outs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
