Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Virginia regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to execute installations efficiently and on schedule
- Perform routine inspections and safety audits to prevent electrical hazards
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely project completion

Qualifications
- Valid Virginia electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments (residential, commercial, industrial)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
